Set it up in two minutes
- 1Copy the glariu connector address from Settings, Integrations.
- 2Add it as a custom connector in Claude.
- 3Sign in with your glariu account to allow access.
- 4Ask Claude anything about your goals, 1:1s, wins or team.
Safe by default
- Claude sees only what you can see in glariu. The same permissions apply.
- Talent reviews, calibration and survey answers are never shared with the connector.
- Data from glariu is marked as untrusted, so Claude does not follow instructions hidden in it.
