2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Company admins decide who can join their organization and what they can see.

3. Your content

You and your company own the content you add, such as goals, notes, feedback and reviews. You give us permission to store and process it only to run glariu for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or other people's rights while using glariu.
• Do not try to access data you are not allowed to see.
• Do not overload, attack or reverse engineer the service.

5. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Review them before you rely on them, especially for decisions about people.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep glariu running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Ending use

You can stop using glariu at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

glariu is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
